Inviting applications for the role of an AVP, Analytics We are looking for an Analytics Operations manager to handle the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis for a large Healthcare and Life Science account. This leader will work closely across analytics operations, account sales, and internal proficiency teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven solutions for our client. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects using sophisticated data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. Coordinate the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics. Handle and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication results. Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within the client business and design/implement solutions to meet these needs. Lead offshore analytics operations for US based Global Oversee and integrate a consistent people strategy across various commercial services groups across Commercial Enablement, Revenue Management, Application Development, Clinical Operations and MDM to include on-boarding, training, career development, recognition and rewards as well as succession planning. Ensure accurate capacity management through appropriate staffing levels, skill development, prioritization and team efficiency. Establish a climate and a balanced culture of entrepreneurship, LEAN and calculated risk taking. Encourage and empower right behaviour that results in energized and creative team with accountability. Engage with senior partners in client organization to drive analytics transformation in existing processes and mine new opportunities for analytics growth within the account Innovate in one or multiple client business verticals by redefining the way to tackle a problem using analytics, market research principles, digital capabilities: design, develop and deliver various u201Cproof of concepts & blueprintsu201D to drive success across commercial organization Provide integration, communication and alignment with key capability owners with Genpact to ensure coordinated, effective and efficient strategic and operational solutions for the client Act as a strategic architect, helping to construct and expand the analytics portfolio within the client organization Collaborate with multi-functional, highly matrixed organization to resolve deep business questions and identify the best solution to fit the need of our partners Develop both, the technical competencies and transferable skills of team Drive operational difficulty and standard methodologies as cooperated with the client Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to partners within and outside of the company. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications Masteru2019s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable for the position. Prior experience in and understanding of US healthcare and pharma market Experience in analytics/ Business Intelligence in Healthcare or Life Science as an individual contributor /SME role in at least one of the following fields: Marketing Perfection, Sales Force Effectiveness, Revenue /Contract Management, Pricing, Healthcare Data Operations, Commercial Effectiveness Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) High Energy level Preferred qualifications Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, skills in dealing with Good a diverse population. Shown and successful experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a businessu2019s performance and driving top-line growth Solid understanding of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing important recommendations for business units. Proven experience building and leading quantitative analyses as well experience building AI/ML solutions for a business Experience of working in a consulting firm u2013 Large or a niche boutique firm Project Management/Attention to Detail Validated ability to handle projects in a detailed manner Organization skills are critically meaningful u2013 particularly for US with significant time zone challenges Must be someone who has willingness and proven track record to get into the details and not handle too high level Ability to independently handle client relationships and build together between the Client and the delivery organization to ensure delivery of tangible benefits to clients Sales experience – proven track record to sell/convey value in a compelling manner to win new relationships/opportunities Strong interpersonal skills u2013 communicating value/adapting communication to front line managers Experience leading sales proposals/cycles (RFIs, RFPs, Orals, Due Diligence, Contracting) Ability to work in complementary teams and with multiple partners Facilitative Leadership skills u2013 Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching u2013 to be able to inspire change in the organization Awareness of the latest digital technologies / analytics trends.
