Qualifications

Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must:

Deep experience working with clinical datasets such as ICD, CPT, LOINC and on EDI X12, HL7, FHIR transactions
Hands-on work experience performing clinical data analysis or supporting clinical informatics projects for US Healthcare Industry
Prior work experience in US Healthcare specific EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Cerner or EPIC or Allscripts, etc) form Clinical workflow and clinical datasets standpoint is highly desired.
Have ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI and/or data mining and analytics tools like Excel is desired.
Should have strong communication skills to collaborate with technologists and end-users with ease.
Need to have strong analytical skills to evaluate clinical datasets and determine trends that will enhance and streamline business performance
Knowledge of standards for Health information exchange, integration, sharing, retrieval such as HL7/FHIR
Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with team members; work as a team-player
Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner ,
